Narcissus Charm

Narcissus Charm

$42.00

In Greek mythology, Narcissus eventually realized that his love could not be reciprocated and he melted away from the fire of passion burning inside him, eventually turning into a gold and white flower. Also, some stories say that the goddess Persephone was picking Narcissus flowers when Hades abducted her to go to the underworld. These flowers tell someone you want them to stay just the way they are. They represent December birthdays.

The ring on this charm has been left open (not soldered) so it can be put on a charm bracelet or on a necklace chain. The sterling silver charm is 1/2 inch in diameter and is hand-engraved.

These charms can be added to any charm bracelet or also work beautifully as a pendant. As a pendant, you can wear a single charm, or several (e.g., a birth flower for each family member). These charms also make beautiful earrings, or can be turned into a ring. To order a charm bracelet chain, necklace chain, earwires or upgrade to a ring, please see the Add On category on this page.
