How should I care for my jewelry?

Each piece I create is made to live with you over time.

Sterling silver develops a natural patina — and for many wearers, it becomes part of the story of the jewelry.

To keep it bright, you may gently polish with a silver cloth. For tougher cleaning, soak the piece in hot (not boiling) water with a small drop of dish soap and a splash of ammonia, then use a soft toothbrush.

Please avoid: chlorine, sulfur-rich items (like boiled eggs), chemical dips — these can affect the surface and finish.

How do I place an order?

You can order directly through the website anytime. If you’d prefer a conversation, I’m available by email or phone, and I’m glad to schedule a private studio showing in Central PA.

Payment by credit card, PayPal, check or cash is accepted.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, I do. If you’d like a gift certificate or want help choosing the right amount, please contact me and I’ll assist.

Can I commission a custom piece?

Absolutely — custom work is a meaningful part of my practice.

When you commission a piece, you and I become collaborators. A non-refundable deposit (50%) is required to start; the remaining balance is due when the piece is complete. I’ll keep you updated through the process and we’ll shape something together.

Can you resize or adjust an existing piece?

In many cases, yes — small adjustments (e.g., chain length, clasp, minor resizing) are often possible. Please reach out, and I’ll let you know what’s feasible and if any fee will apply.

What about shipping, duties, and delivery?

I strive to ship as soon as possible from my studio. Shipping options and costs will appear during checkout.

For international orders: you’ll be responsible for duties, taxes or customs fees. Once the package leaves the U.S., I cannot guarantee external transit delays, but I will always do my best to assist.

What is your return or repair policy?

Lifetime Warranty on Craftsmanship

I stand behind my work and warrant to the original purchaser that under normal wear, the piece is free from defects in materials or workmanship. If you ever need a repair, you’ll cover shipping and any new materials; I’ll cover labor.

I do reserve the right to decline repairs when damage comes from misuse, accidents, or causes beyond normal wear — but I’m always happy to discuss options and costs.

Returns

If you wish to return your purchase, please contact me within 15 days of receipt. The piece should be in its original condition. After I receive it, I’ll issue a refund of the purchase price less shipping.

Is my information kept private?

Yes — your privacy matters. All information collected is kept secure and will never be shared with third parties.
